Payments are due at time of service for in-person sessions; prior to service for phone/skype or e-facilitation.

$50 for 5 private forum questions/responses, with clarifications

Changes & Cancelations

I'm a pretty easy-going gal, but one thing I am not fond of is being stood up...
Here are the policies I use to avoid that heartache:

Contact me immediately if you're running late or unable to make your appointment.
You may call or text my mobile number between 9am and 8pm EST

Phone/Skype Sessions:
Cancel up to 15min before the start time
to have any scheduling deposits refunded.

If you're over 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be cancelled as a no-show. $25 will be deducted from your refund/credit as partial compensation for the time set aside for you (see below).
Local Sessions:
Cancel up to 24 hrs before the start time
to have any scheduling deposits refunded.

After the 24 hour mark, no refunds - that time was set aside for you.
If you're arriving over 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be cancelled as a no-show.
If no-show/tardiness continues, future appointments will require an increasing non-refundable scheduling deposit, up to the full cost of the scheduled time.  Late arrival does not extend our time, and full fees for the time reserved are due even if you are running late.
Unforeseen circumstances, training opportunities, and other disruptions can arise for me, too.
I'll let you know if an appointment needs to be moved.  If I'll be unavailable for a great length of time, pre-paid plans will be extended accordingly.
