Christel specializes in empowering and supporting women in reaching their optimal stage of wellness and wholeness using body and energy work, intuitive listening, coaching, and her personal experience dealing with many health challenges. She knows that a healthy diet and a strong spiritual life are key to a life of wellness and wholeness.
She is a certified Craniaosacral Visionary Therapist, a Sekhem Seichim Reiki Master and a Certified Life and Wellness Coach. She is trained in RESET for TMJ and Theta Healing advanced DNA. She has experience as a hospice and bereavement volunteer.
For the past ten years Christel has been a leader for the Woman Within® Training Weekend -an experiential empowerment retreat- in the United States and Europe, and has led her own wellness workshops, women’s retreats and women’s circles in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Christel is a 14 year breast cancer survivor and has been living for the past 10 years with chronic Lyme disease and chronic fatigue and she knows the meaning of daily health challenges. She lives outside of Washington, DC, in the woods, with her husband, 2 dogs and 5 cats. Living in nature keeps her grounded.
