              On Transformation & Healing:
              1. Why would I want a "healer" or facilitator?  Change really comes from within, and everyone has the power to do it.  The practitioner's job is to hold space, raise the vibration, and help release what no longer serves you, revealing your true and powerful self.  We do not heal or transform you any more than we could eat or drink for you.  Facilitation with a qualified practitioner makes the journey easier, faster, and more focused.
              2. I feel better - can I stop now?  Symptom relief is the easy part, but does not always mean you're healed.  What are your goals?  Transformative work can take time, and is accompanied by lifestyle adjustments, increased self-awareness, and acknowledgment of personal responsibility.  Participate in your own evolution, and get educated on the basic principles for the best outcome.  Meet with your practitioner to discuss your short and long term goals, so your work together can evolve as needed.
              3. Why do you ask so many questions?  We're not trying to be nosey!  Openly and truthfully sharing your background and current ups and downs will bring the best facilitation results.  On the other hand, telling me what you think I want to hear, or withholding information relevant to our work is a good way to sabotage the partnership.
              4. Can I stop taking my meds?  No - talk to your doctor.  This work does not replace qualified medical care.  Diagnosing, treating, preventing, and curing are all functions of our modern medical system, and I am not legally qualified to perform those actions.

              Hiring & Retaining Practitioners:
              1. Choose a modality (optional).  Do your homework on different types of healing, etc. to get a feel for what might be a good fit for you. If you opt out of this step, practitioners can help you decide based on their own knowledge, experience, and training.
              2. Interview several practitioners.  Ask them to talk about themselves, and learn more about the person you'll be working with.  Remember that deep healing happens when you are feeling relaxed and open, so choose someone you're comfortable with.
              3. Let them interview you.  Practitioners will often be just as choosy about who they take on as clients as you should be about who you accept as a practitioner.  Be prepared to offer some personal history and other information prior to beginning work together.
              4. Listen to your instincts.  If your gut is telling you something's wrong, don't book with that person... You can even ask to stop a session if needed.  No matter how attractive the sales pitch, going against your instincts usually results in disappointment.
              5. Go slowly at first.  If a practitioner you're unsure of does not have a low-cost introductory package or trial session, ask for it.
              6. Communicate.  Don't be shy about stating your questions and needs.  Ask the practitioner whether it's ok to talk during sessions.
              7. Stick with it.  Once you are with someone you trust and your sessions are going well, stick with the program for best results.

How long will it take to see results?
This depends on your situation and dedication. Temporary symptom relief is common, while big changes can take time. We’ll develop a plan that supports both your short and long term goals, while increasing your personal power & self-sufficiency.
Will you work with my situation?
We'll take some time to understand and define your needs and expectations. Physical and emotional pain and symptoms, stress, trauma, chronic ailments, and more can be addressed, along with personal goals and holistic lifestyle transition.

I live far away... Can we still work together?

Many sessions can be held remotely, and are as effective as meeting in person. US clients contact me by phone, and clients abroad use Skype audio.

Does this approach blend well with other modalities?
I will gladly meet with open-minded medical or holistic professionals to achieve the best results for my clients.
