Are You Using Your Energy Wisely?

- Print or draw 2 copies of the Flower of Life wheel, or just use the worksheet below.
- Review the category labels - if a title doesn’t fit you, it's ok to replace it with one that does.
- Label one wheel ‘Now’ to reflect where you are today. Shade it in using 10 for highest satisfaction (or use the worksheet). Trust your instincts and don't think to hard about it.
- Label the other wheel ‘Next’ and shade in the level you'd like to be. What increases or decreases would help you feel balanced, complete, or fulfilled in each category? Again, don't take too long or overthink this.
- Compare the two - where do you see the most drastic differences? And where have you been focusing most of your efforts? Often, we find we've been putting a lot of energy into what’s already working...
