Rescheduling & Cancellation
I'm a pretty easy-going gal, but one thing I am not fond of is being stood up without knowing why...
Here are the rules I use to avoid that heartache:

You may also call or text my mobile number between 9am and 8pm EST
Phone/Skype Sessions: Up to the start time.
If you're more than 15 minutes late with no notice, the appointment will be cancelled as a no-show
and a fee may be deducted from your pre-payment as partial compensation for the time which was set aside for you.
Local Sessions: Up to 24 hrs before the start time to have your scheduling deposit refunded.
If you reschedule or cancel after the deadline, I keep your deposit as partial compensation for the time set aside for you.

and future appointments may require a deposit up to the full cost of the scheduled session.
