Payments

  • Cash - in person only
  • Checks - with ID, allow for processing time when prepaying.  Inquire about payee name before writing.
  • Credit Cards - with prior approval; Visa, MC, AmEx, Disc
  • PayPal - with prior approval; pay to holisticdynamicinfo@mac.com, or use the forms below
  • Work Study - Inquire for details
$25 fee for returned checks.
After 90 days, outstanding debts are subject to collection & fees.

Refunds

  • Some refunds are subject to an admin fee of 3%
  • Refunds may be issued in the form most convenient to Holistic Dynamic (usually check or credit). Allow 14 business days for processing; longer for large sums, with pre-approval of refund.
  • If you have a deposit on account, keep your contact info current. If no account activity for 6 ms, and no response at last known address, email, and/or phone; unused deposits will be absorbed.
  • If you're working with Ginger... when advance session cancellation results in unused deposits, the money can be applied to any product or service within 6 months, or request a refund.

  • If you have already received a PayPal invoice via email, pay with that instead, using the link provided.
  • There are options to the right for Gift Certificates, Regular Payments and Deposits, and Donations.  Please select the most appropriate format.  If you are registering for a studio Event, use this Form instead.
  • If paying ahead for services from our Practitioners, get approval from Ginger first, to make sure we can transfer the money on time.
  • Please confirm your payment details are correct and timely before sending, as refunds may incur administrative fees, as noted above.
