Rooms, Amenities, Equipment
Ground level office condo.  Floors carpeted.  Glass pane doors & windows frosted for privacy.
Room 1 - Multipurpose:
Meeting or practice room adjacent to reception.  Natural light, plus blinds and lamps for custom soft lighting options.  Comfortably holds 6-9 plus speaker.  Max capacity with doors closed is up to 13 guests in tight rows.  Double frosted glass doors open into reception area for additional seating when whole office is reserved.  Use of CD player/iPod dock included.
Room 2 - Private Sessions: 
Cozy room adjacent to reception.  Holds 1 massage table or reading/consult table, client chair(s), side table.  Low lighting, frosted glass door.  Use of CD player/iPod dock included.
Room 3 - Multipurpose:
This bright, open space has not been renovated, but is available for a variety of uses.  Large windows provide great afternoon light, making it a natural meeting and classroom space.  Clear glass french door.  Comfortably holds about 15 guests plus speaker, more if needed.  Use of CD player/iPod dock included.  Mirrors are available in this room.
Refreshment Area:
At the far end of the hallway.  Drinking water, organic teas available.  Mini fridge, electric hot water pot, small coffee pot, ceramic teapot.  Use included with paid room, otherwise donations are appreciated.  Disposable water cups and ceramic mugs are available.
Equipment On Hand:
Subject to availability & additional fees for some - long massage table with face hole, step stools, rolling swivel stool, projector, stackable fabric chairs, padded vinyl folding chairs, tables & table covers, floor pillows, woven blankets, 3' wide exercise mat, standing divider screen, mirrors, CD player/iPod dock and music, incense, beeswax & palm wax candles, Body Cushion set, large amethyst BioMat, space heater, fans, disposable face cradle covers & paper table covers, hot plate, coffee pot, hot water pot, tea pot, organic teas, plates & mugs.
Reception Area:
Waiting room & store.  Chairs, coat closet, products to browse.  Shelf space available for your product during events, with prior approval.
Hallway/Entrance:
Our entranceway can be used if a little extra space is required for activities or display.  The restroom is also located here, directly across from reception.
Parking:
Parking spaces are plentiful.  Keep in mind that the lot may be a bit crowded from 9-5 on weekdays.
Accessibility:
3 designated accessible parking spots out front, and a wide, low ramp up to the door.  Entire office is one level and all areas are accessible, though a few items may need to be moved depending on activities.

We have been working on getting some professional photos taken, since my little camera is
not getting quality images.  If you would like photos, please contact us.
Types of Room Use
Full Service (occasional use / new to the studio)
Studio performs any/all of these pre-negotiated tasks...
  • Arrive 15 min prior to your appointment or event, and/or stay up to 30 min after completion (longer hosting is available)
  • Change furniture layout and other set up/break down
  • Greet your guest(s), handle sign in and payments for events
  • Serve refreshments, order take-out, or otherwise care for guests' needs during your event
  • Facilitate use of special equipment when available
  • Staff the studio's store for guest purchases
  • Reasonable clean up and disposal of trash
Unsupervised (most affiliates)
You perform any/all of these pre-negotiated tasks...
  • Access studio on your own, including opening/closing duties
  • Arrive early to arrange necessary furniture & equipment
  • Provide your own equipment when ours is already reserved
  • Greet your guest(s), handle sign in and payments for events
  • Tidy up and reset layout of rooms after use, light vacuuming, refresh restroom and dispose of trash

The simplest way to participate - just agree to our Basic Terms and follow the steps outlined there to begin.  Especially good for anyone just starting out, or not working often.

  • Brochure/card/flyer space on approval
  • Event advertisement subject to approval & availability
  • Room use subject to studio officials' availability
  • Opportunities to participate in some HD sponsored events
Practitioner Family (dedicated affiliates)
Practitioners apply, and agree to Basic Terms + affiliate terms.
  • Presence on our practitioner pages & newsletter listing
  • Preferred brochure/card/flyer space in the studio
  • Referrals, when appropriate for the client's needs
  • Discounts on select classes & store items
  • Preferred participation at events & expos
  • Social media plugs and other internet postings
  • Walk-in shifts when available
  • Studio sponsoring for most of your events
Copywriting and editing of bio and/or event descriptions is available on request - rates negotiable.
Free events can often be hosted at no charge, especially when booked during non-peak times.
All engagements are subject to a trial period.
