Part 1: The Partnership
Thank you for your interest in working together. This partnership is non-medical in nature, and is “co-creative” - meaning
that we both have active roles in creating success. Let’s look briefly at what that means:

Practitioner = Ginger, Me/I (the writing here is generally from this perspective)
Client = You. In most cases, you are also the financial Sponsor.
Sponsor = Any 3rd party responsible for payment for and/or scheduling

- Commitment to personal & professional health & development.
- Support for solutions-based work, plus space to grow and practice new ways of being.
- Availability of group sessions to offset the cost and time investment of personal facilitation, when possible.
- If you see me regularly, I will check to see if you are implementing solutions discovered in session. If not, we reassess and discuss continuation or termination of the partnership.
- I will respect your boundaries and communicate my own requirements and boundaries when necessary, including taking time for self care and renewal so that I can show up for you 100%.
- If at any point I feel you would be better served by another professional, I will tell you - and give a referral when possible.
What I expect from you, in addition to these terms:
- You get to D.R.I.V.E. Show up 100% for yourself, so that I can show up 100% for you.
- Develop goals and direction
- Become Responsible for your choices and actions
- Implement strategies for success
- Value your insights
- Evaluate your progress
- Complete an online Pre-Session Form before sessions to add value by reducing the time it takes for us to catch up.
- Respect my boundaries and freely communicate your own requirements and boundaries.
- Communicate truthfully, and avoid just telling me what you think I want to hear.
- Give candid feedback about your experience - what works, as well as what does not. If at any point you feel unsettled about our relationship, or notice that I am somehow hindering your progress, tell me immediately. We can resolve things together, or I can refer you to another practitioner who might be a better fit.

General Terms & Personal Responsibility Notices
Privacy
Our communications will remain private to the best of my capability unless I am required by law to disclose, or you give permission (in cases of 3rd party involvement, limits of confidentiality are decided as needed). Speak with me before sharing our work with other practitioners and casual acquaintances, to assure that we are speaking a common language, and that nothing is misinterpreted. However, non-detailed stories may be shared by either of us when appropriate for study or educational/professional example. I keep the identity of my clients remains private unless permission has been grated to share their connection.
- You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, spiritual, & mental health; as well as for decisions and actions in all areas of your life. If you cannot take full responsibility for yourself, seek the assistance of a doctor instead.
- I do not provide emergency services, and cannot guarantee crisis support. If there is an emergency, call 911.
- I do not provide legal, business, financial, medical, or other advice/consultation which is normally given by a licensed provider, and I do not claim to prevent, diagnose, treat, or cure disease. Consult your regular healthcare provider to change treatment plans and/or medications.
- Kindly inform me if you have been diagnosed with and/or are undergoing treatment for a serious or chronic disease, or if you are working with a mental health care provider, and notify your doctor(s) of our work together.
- Intuitive impressions/readings are for entertainment only. Recommendations, advice, content, or other practitioner submissions are simply personal opinions & options left to your discretion.
- Ethically, it is best that I remain detached in order to serve you most effectively, and to avoid misunderstandings about the nature of our working relationship. Friendly, supportive, and nurturing behavior is a part of facilitation and healing, and should not be confused with the mutual bond of true friendship or relationship. If you have any questions about the nature of our partnership, let me know immediately.

Rates, Fees, Payments
Service Rates are subject to change without notice, unless we specifically agree to a term with fixed rates.
No-Show & Tardy Arrival Penalties: Fees apply - see Book a Session for details.
Missed Payments: If deposit, subscription, or balance due is not paid as agreed, sessions will be automatically cancelled.

Termination: Client, Sponsor, or Practitioner may terminate sessions at any time by providing written notice to all parties. Upon cancellation & request for refund, unused deposits will be paid back less any outstanding balance according to our agreed terms.
Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a paid session, let me know right away, and our next one of equal or lesser value is on the house. We will also re-evaluate our partnership and make changes to ensure we’re still on track.
Reduced Rates: Some spaces may be available for special needs. I reserve the right to refuse and/or charge at my own discretion.

- Call on time / arrive to the office a few minutes beforehand. If calling and getting no answer, try back in a few minutes in case I’m finishing with another client. Call again if I don’t get back with you right away, just in case I didn’t receive your message.
- If you would like more time for a scheduled session, check ahead to request an upgrade (current rates apply).
- Be ready to wrap up within our agreed time frame, or pay for additional time. Anyone repeatedly exceed time limits will be required to pre-upgrade future sessions at current rates.
- All clients may email general procedural inquiries and progress updates at any time. If contact requiring my facilitation or resources becomes frequent, you will be invited to purchase an email package so I can set aside time to address your requests.
- Please note that you may (more often than not) receive email responses to voice mails, and/or I may simply reply with a request to schedule time to chat. Email is preferred for most communications.
- Only ring/text my cell from 9am - 8pm EST, and allow 24-36hrs for a phone response.
- The toll free number 888-424-7606 is available 24/7 for voice mail - great for late night calls.
- If you do not leave a voice message, I will not contact you. When leaving a message, always supply your full name, contact information, and best times for a return call (with time zone).
- Allow 24-48 hours for a response. Weekend messages may not be addressed until Monday or Tuesday.

- Facilitation and healing services are normally billed in 15min increments, unless otherwise noted.
- Sometimes certain durations are called for in a session; and other times we may work until we’re finished with our process for the day (usually 15-90min). We will generally discuss timing at booking, or at least before we start a session.

- Things to keep in mind when requesting reduced rates: Pre-payment may be required. No show fees apply. There is often a waiting list. Scheduling may be irregular. Support between sessions is limited. Proof of household income is required on demand. Rate is not indefinite & will transition to regular fee.
